Standard Terms for Designer Leatherworks: Sales and Orders
All sales are final and subject to the terms the customer agrees to at checkout by the date of order. Nevertheless it is the customer’s responsibility to read and agree to our terms. Also moving forward with deposit, partial payment, or full payment confirms agreement to our Terms and Conditions.
Deposits and Installments: As a general rule, deposits and payments are non-refundable. In the event that an item is discontinued we may substitute another of equal or greater value.
Checkout Payments: We accept major credit card payments at checkout via PayPal. For customers in the USA we gladly accept personal checks or money orders. Please mail these to CT Music Straps, and the check must clear the bank before we process your order.
Domestic standard orders via credit card or PayPal we ship within the states without further contact by customer. All international clients must contact us for shipping rates that allow for customs, tariffs, etc. before checkout by credit or bank card via PayPal. We will request freight approval for those ordering outside the USA before processing shipment.
